Agree first.
Honor the deal.

One game, one eligible prospect, one chance to redeem. Default: 50% share, 25 dials at risk and 5 points before the winner’s 25th dial.

  1. 01

    Set the table.

The default terms are a 50% collaboration share, the loser’s next 25 dials, and 5 redemption points before the winner completes dial 25. Pick a game, match format and session end. You may agree on a different share (10–90%), dial window, challenge or cutoff, but write all changes down before the first card.

  2. 02

    Play for the collaboration.

Resolve one agreed match. The winner is offered the agreed collaboration role on the loser’s first qualifying appointment in that call window. The same percentage applies whoever wins. A push or tied match replays; it does not start the phones.

  3. 03

    Start both counters at zero.

Both coworkers begin their call counters immediately after the game ends. Use legitimate outbound calls, log the result and count each completed call once. The loser’s calls define the prospect window; the winner’s calls define a call-count redemption cutoff.

  4. 04

    Book the first qualifying appointment.

A prospect must affirmatively agree to a specific meeting date and time during the loser’s eligible call window. A pickup alone is not an appointment. Use the first new qualifying appointment only; pre-existing meetings and later prospects are excluded.

  5. 05

    Race for redemption.

By default, the loser must earn 5 points before the winner completes their 25th dial to cancel the proposed split. The loser’s own qualifying appointment can earn points too. A different point target, dial goal or appointment race must be agreed before play. A pending collaboration waits for the redemption outcome.

  6. 06

    Bring the value.

If the loser does not redeem and a qualifying appointment exists, use the agreed share to define the other coworker’s real work: preparation, discovery, meeting participation, solutions, proposals or follow-through. Document who does what; credit follows work actually delivered.

Optional redemption points

Use this point system or agree on your own redemption challenge and deadline before playing. The point rules below apply when you choose points.

+1

Every 10 calls

One point per complete block of 10 legitimate, logged outbound calls.

+2

A verified email + consent

The prospect confirms the address and explicitly agrees to receive your follow-up.

+3

A confirmed appointment

A new prospect agrees to a specific meeting date and time.

Dial blocks stack with the highest outcome per unique prospect. Email + appointment for the same prospect is 3 outcome points, not 5. Call-me-later earns 0 outcome points.

Choose one redemption cutoff

Call-count mode: reach the target before the winner completes the agreed number of calls. Default: 5 points before the winner finishes dial 25. The loser’s prospect window is also 25 dials; these are separate counters. The winner booking an appointment does not end this mode.

Appointment-race mode: reach the target before the winner books their first new qualifying appointment. The winner’s call count does not end this mode.

Both modes also end at the session deadline agreed before play. Pick one mode; do not silently combine them.

Keep the prospect window separate

The loser’s window covers their first agreed number of calls, including the last call’s result. Once a qualifying appointment is booked, that is the only prospect in play.

If redemption ends first, the loser still completes the remaining prospect calls by the session deadline. If the prospect window finishes with no appointment, the challenge expires immediately. Later callbacks or bookings are excluded from the default rules.

If an appointment is already pending, the loser may keep earning redemption points until the cutoff. Calls beyond the prospect window never expose another prospect.

Count quality, not loopholes

Call points stack with outcomes. For each unique prospect, only the highest outcome counts: an appointment is 3 points total, replacing that prospect’s 2 email points. A second distinct consenting email can still earn 2.

“Call me later,” a voicemail, a guessed address, a bounced email, an unaccepted calendar invite and a duplicate outcome earn 0 outcome points. A voicemail may still be a legitimate logged call toward a 10-call block. No repeated dialing to farm points.

Honor the finish

Use agreed CRM or call-log timestamps. If redemption and the cutoff share the same timestamp or the order cannot be established, redemption wins the tie.

The session deadline closes all unfinished windows. A recorded appointment remains pending only until that deadline or earlier cutoff; without redemption it can proceed to collaboration. No recorded appointment means no split.

One active challenge per coworker. No stacking claims on the same prospect, retroactive rule changes, percentage escalation after a loss or replacing a canceled meeting with another prospect.

The collaboration share

What the agreed split means
Winner’s shareOriginator keepsPlanned contribution
10%90%A limited, specific work package.
25%75%A defined supporting role.
50%50%Shared responsibility and meaningful work by both.

Percentages are planning examples, not a formula that automatically converts time spent into earned compensation. The originator is the coworker who generated the appointment.

Close the challenge

REDEEMED

Target reached in time?

The proposed split is canceled. Each coworker keeps their own prospects. There is no replacement prospect or carryover.

COLLABORATE

No redemption + an appointment?

The planned collaboration can proceed on the first qualifying prospect, with specific work and credit recorded.

NO ACTION

No appointment in the window?

Nothing to split. Close the challenge. A future prospect never gets pulled into an expired challenge.

Client choice always stands

A prospect is a person, not a prize. Respect who they want to work with. Do not add a coworker to a meeting, share private details or make a customer promise without the appropriate consent. If the planned collaboration cannot happen, close the challenge without a replacement or debt.

Keep a short record

Write the game result, both call totals, point events, cutoff and agreed duties in your normal work records. Keep prospect details in your existing authorized system. This site stores no challenge, phone number or customer information.

No retroactive reversals

An appointment counts when accepted and recorded. A later cancellation does not claw back earned redemption points, but it does not create a right to payment or move the split to the next prospect.

Resolve disputes simply

Compare the agreed terms and existing logs. Do not change the deal mid-session. If the facts cannot be resolved together, void the disputed challenge. No penalties, cash debts, replacement prospects or forced participation.

Keep the energy.
Keep your word.
