Best five-card hand wins the quick showdown, or the agreed token-tournament winner wins the match.
Texas Hold’em
Two private cards. Five shared cards. One winner.
How to play
- 01
Deal two private cards to each challenger. Burn a card and deal a three-card flop; burn and deal one turn; burn and deal one river.
- 02
Make the best five-card poker hand from any combination of the seven available cards. You may use zero, one or two of your private cards.
- 03
The quick club format goes straight to showdown, with no betting rounds. For bluffing, agree to an equal-stack, play-token tournament instead; the tournament must have its own agreed blinds and end condition.
- 04
Use standard high-poker rankings. Compare kickers when the main combination matches; suits never decide a showdown.
Identical best five-card hands push, including playing the board; replay.
Standard five-card high-poker rankings
Royal flush → straight flush → four of a kind → full house → flush → straight → three of a kind → two pair → one pair → high card.
Compare the rank of the made combination first, then kickers from highest downward. Suits are equal. Aces can be high or low in a straight, but cannot wrap around. Short Deck, lowball, Three Card Poker, Four Card Poker and Poker Dice use their own rankings.
Cards down. Phones up.
The winner proposes the agreed collaboration share on the loser’s first qualifying prospect. Both call counters start at zero. The loser can cancel the proposed split by completing the agreed redemption challenge before its cutoff. The actual work and contribution still determine earned credit.
