Spanish 21
Blackjack’s no-tens cousin, with a player-friendly 21.
How to play
- 01
Remove the four numbered 10s from a standard deck; keep J, Q and K. Use the common-dealer setup from Blackjack.
- 02
Hit or stand using blackjack card values. The club dealer stands on all 17s. A challenger bust loses immediately.
- 03
A challenger’s 21 wins against the dealer, even a dealer 21; a challenger natural beats a dealer natural. Challenger naturals score +1.5; other wins +1, pushes 0 and losses −1.
- 04
Compare the challengers’ scores. A winning original natural uses the same 1.5 × base share bonus, capped at 90%.
Equal challenger scores replay with a fresh shuffle.
